The future:
Masoom aims to reach out to 9 schools by the new academic year 2010-2011. As a first step towards this goal, Masoom has expanded its operational capacity. The expansion plans are as follows;
Research and Development Department
· Masoom will work to fine tune its 3 pronged strategic model and the performance metrics of the organisation.
· It will also support the program team for facilitating the school transformation program and the exit strategy from schools.
· The department will also work to support potential partners to replicate the Masoom model.
· The Research and Development department within Masoom will develop innovative delivery models to address wide academic gaps.
Advocacy
· Masoom will work on the advocacy strategy to initiate policy change.
Sustainability
· Masoom is exploring ideas for financial self sustainability.
· Masoom is exploring methods for program sustainability.
Employability
Career development program will work with challenges faced by students related to employability.
